What’s Coming Out on The CW for Summer 2023? We’ve Got All the Details
The CW is preparing so many exciting new releases for summer 2023.
With the warmest months of the year right around the corner, the network is teasing fans with what is on the way.
They’ve got everything from scripted comedies to unscripted releases in the works! One project even features Zac Efron.

On the scripted side, Family Law and Bump are both returning for a second season. The latter is a comedy-drama that centers on Olympia Chalmers-Davis (Nathalie Morris), an overachieving 17-year-old student who knows exactly where she’s going in life until something very unexpected comes up.
The CW is introducing two new scripted series, too: Moonshine and Run the Burbs. The former is a family oriented drama, and the latter highlights a Vietnamese-South Asian family living life in the suburbs.
On the unscripted front, The CW is bringing back Great Chocolate Showdown for a fourth season and Mysteries Decoded for a third.
New shows include the cooking competition series Recipe for Disaster, a documentary about geek history called Greatest Geek Year Ever: 1982 and Zac‘s new project Down to Earth with Zac Efron.
The High School Musical star is joining forces with superfoods expert Darin Olien for a travelogue.
