KIDS can be fussy about wearing swimming goggles, and the best kids' goggles can really make or break a trip to the pool or beach.

Using Speedo Biofuse® tech, these Futura Biofuse junior goggles are made with comfort in mind, with a soft flexible seal and cushioning around the eyes.
We tried them out on a nine-year-old mini tester who dived under the water again and again but the goggles stayed put with no water leaking in.
It was super simple to adjust the size with the buttons on the side of the goggles and they were really comfortable to wear, leaving no red marks on his face.
Our mini-tester gave them a big thumbs up and said he could see really well underwater. He said he would have liked them in a brighter colour – they are also available in green/blue and purple – and perhaps the clear style is more suited to teens.
Specs – Age: 6-14 years Lenses: Anti-fog coated lens with 100% UV Protection Colour options: 3
2. Aquasphere Seal Kid 2 Swim Mask
- Seal Kid 2 Swim Mask, £14.99 at Sports Direct – buy here
Pros: Really comfortable to wear andno water leaks, great choice of colours available
Cons: Tiny bit fiddly to adjust the size
Younger children often prefer to wear a swim mask style of goggles for a wider field of vision and more security against leaks in the water.
The Aquasphere Seal Kid is a great option for a swim mask and was fully approved by our six-year-old mini tester who loved the look of it as much as how comfortable it was to wear.
He dived in and out of the water and the mask didn't let any water in and stayed firmly in place, we didn't see him adjusting it once.
We found it a tiny bit fiddly to adjust the size with the side buckles but once we'd done this, it fitted really well and didn't need any further adjustments in the pool.
This Aquasphere swim mask also comes in a range of colours, which kids will love – including a pair with blue-tinted lenses.
Specs – Age: 3+ years Lenses: VLT: 92% Colour options: 7

Our mini-testers agreed that these goggles are comfortable and easy to wear, thanks to the super-soft silicon, which also meant they didn't leave any red marks on their faces.
They also didn't leak and were easy to adjust to the right size – but you have to adjust the straps manually as there wasn't a side button to release the strap.
Our testers tried two different colour combinations (blue/yellow and black/green) and they particularly loved the style of the black goggles with tinted lenses – available to buy now at Wiggle (with 20% off).

Our little tester loved the mauve and coral pink pair – and these stylish goggles are also available in a navy blue, grey and orange colour way.
They looked great and were also easy to adjust by pulling the straps at the back rather than the sides.
She found them soft and comfortable to wear and no water leaked in as she dived in and out of the pool.
They also offer a great field of vision for seeing underwater.

Cons: More expensive, big seal

Our three-year-old mini-tester tried them at the swimming pool instead and found them really comfortable to wear. The seal of the goggles is quite big, which gives good suction and protection against leaks but might not be loved by all toddlers.
Our mini tester was happy though – the goggles were easy to adjust to the right size with the side strap buttons and didn't leak any water.
She loved the style (although probably would have preferred the pink) and the 'Babiator' branding is really fun – even the packaging the goggles arrived in caused quite a bit of excitement.
