A Peek Inside Nicolas Cage’s Las Vegas Mansion

Nicolas Cage has kept us guessing over the years, both professionally and in his personal life.

Known for his eccentric personality, the National Treasure star has gained recognition for his unusual style and seemingly impulsive purchases but also for his Academy Award and Screen Actors Guild Award in his performance of 1996’s Leaving Las Vegas, among numerous nominations.

After a successful career of blockbuster hits like Con Air, Face Off and Ghost Rider, things took a turn for the worse when the famous actor ran into some financial issues. Owning homes across the globe, including castles and other extravagant purchases put Cage in a bad position but never one to give up, he’s now making a comeback with seven films released in the past two years and five more expected soon.

The nephew of famed filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola literally left his Las Vegas mansion behind in 2021, but upon rising above his past debts, he now has a Las Vegas mansion that looks exactly how we’ve come to know and love the creative actor. Today, the fan favorite has regained a net worth of $25 million and has new digs to show for it.

Check out what we know about the inside of Nicholas Cage’s Las Vegas mansion.

Dark wooden cabinets with stainless steel appliances match the house perfectly, giving off a low-lit ambiance throughout the kitchen. The kitchen island with granite top is likely where he and wife, Riko Shibata prepare their meals. A second kitchenette is located in the basement of the home along with staff quarters, a game room and storage room.

In a room lined with bookshelves, one can find hundreds of novels Cage has frequently talked about from historical and ancient mythology to classic and mysterious. A massive green and glowing chandelier in the center gives off just enough light to walk around the dim room. In fact, the Pig actor loves reading and writing and the inspiration that comes from the process. He was in the high school newspaper and revealed if he had not become an actor, he probably would have been a journalist.

With a media room, complete with luxury recliners and a large screen Cage can entertain guests on movie night. He frequently takes inspiration from Sat. morning cartoon characters to silent movies from the early 1920’s. Cage once said his role as Ronny Cammareri in Moonstruck was based off of a 1927 German expressionist science-fiction film, Metropolis.

1 The Car Collection

No celebrity home is complete without taking a sneak peek into the garage. Cage’s newest purchase in the 10-car garage is a gold Lamborghini. The car reminded Cage of a scene from a Federico Fellini movie and he fell in love instantly, purchasing the luxury car for cruises around his hometown of Las Vegas. In fact, Cage has always been a car enthusiast, particularly those of exotic Italian make and model. The City of Angels star has owned several Lamborghini’s, Ferrari’s and Porsche’s. While he sold vehicles to pay off his IRS debt over the past few years, one can assume, Cage is slowly building his impressive collection of classics once again.
