“Real Housewives of Miami” star Adriana de Moura is “deeply sorry” for comparing her foot injury to the near-fatal car accident survived by Alexia Nepola’s 26-year-old son, Frankie Rosello, in 2011.

“I regret using the analogy,” the “Feel the Rush” singer, 57, says on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, describing her remarks as “unfortunate.”

She adds, “It wasn’t correct and if I could take those words back, I would.”

During the Feb. 16 episode of “RHOM,” de Moura’s foot was hurt after castmates Guerdy Abraira and Kiki Barth fell on top of it during an oceanside “Rage and Release” exercise in the Bahamas.

De Moura suspected her foot was broken, while a handful of her co-stars — including Nepola, 55 — opined that her reaction to the incident was attention-seeking.

“Frankie’s accident changed my life, changed all of our lives, changed his brother Peter’s life,” Nepola tearfully said in a confessional. “It’s been 11 years. It’s so hard.”

Frankie was riding in the passenger seat of a friend’s car at the time of the life-altering crash, resulting in permanent brain damage and years of recovery.

“I have nothing but love and respect for Frankie and for her and all the things that they’ve accomplished together and this terrible journey that they were in,” she elaborates. “I just would not have done it.”

“The Real Housewives of Miami” is available to stream on Peacock.
