Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson has some new face bling.

The former “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star revealed a second nose piercing – another small diamond stud – on her opposite nostril in a video shared via Instagram on Wednesday.

The reality star, 16, got her first one in the fall of 2020, a few weeks after her 15th birthday.

In the straight-to-camera clip – promoting her new merchandise – she told fans she “listened” to their pleas and followed through with “a new shirt drop.”

“I think you’re really gonna love these designs,” she said.

”I made them myself, so they’re my favorite designs. I will have more in the future, but for right now, this is what we have.”

While several commenters told the reality star she looked “so beautiful without the huge eyelashes and long nails,” others were more focused on her “super cute” double nose piercings.

However, the new stud isn’t Thompson’s only piece of jewelry that’s sparked conversation as of late.

Last week, Thompson and her 21-year-old boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, fueled engagement rumors after eagle-eyed fans noticed the “Dancing With the Stars: Juniors” alum wearing a diamond ring on that finger.

However, her rep told Page Six that the teen was not engaged – and that the sparkler was “just a ring.”

Meanwhile, Thompson’s 22-year-old sister, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird, told The Sun it was a “promise ring” that Carswell gave her sister “probably last year.”

The two have been dating since the spring of 2021. They confirmed their romance via social media in March of that year.
