Ant McPartlin’s beautiful wedding to Anne-Marie Corbett from celeb guests to emotional speech

I'm a Celeb host Ant McPartlin married his former PA Anne-Marie Corbett in August 2021 in a gorgeous ceremony in front of a host of celebrity pals.

The telly star, 46, tied the knot with his bride, 44, at St Michael's Church in Hampshire before heading back to a plush country hotel for a reception with their 150 guests.

It is reported that the wedding cost around £500,000 in total with attendees treated to a two-night stay at the swanky manor, with Ant said to be footing the entire bill to make sure his pals were comfortable.

The celebrations were over three days and were set to conclude on the Sunday after a weekend of celebration which ended with a posh breakfast put on for the guests.

We have looked back at the couple's big day and how they made it so special.

The wedding was held at St Michael's Church and was presided over by Rev Canon Dr Marion de Quidt, who spoke of her joy at being asked to take part in the nuptials.

It was a Church of England service and featured a series of moving readings from the couple's closest friends and family.

Two readings were given by Anne-Marie's daughters, from her first marriage, with one said to be Richard Bach's poem The Bridge Across The River about soulmates.

Dec Donnelly, the second half of the much-loved duo was Ant's best man and also said a prayer and performed one of the readings.

Anne-Marie wore a beautiful one-shouldered £15,000 Suzanne Neville gown with a detailed bodice, full skirt and with a traditional veil.

She arrived at the church in a £300,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan and carried a pink and purple bouquet.

The bride also added a moving tribute to her late dad by adding a picture of him to her bouquet and carried it down the aisle with her.

The groom opted for a black tie with the best man wearing a matching suit.

Guests included some of ITV's top talent including David Walliams, who attended with former glamour model Keeley Hazell, Saturday Night Takeaway's Stephen Mulhern, Cat Deeley and her husband Patrick Kielty.

Frank and Christine Lampard, Alesha Dixon and Dermot O'Leary and his partner Dee Koppang were also there.

This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby was rumoured to have attended, however she did not appear in any snaps on the day. Her co-host, Phillip Schofield was there with his wife Steph.

After the church service, the guests were put on a coach and driven back to the Heckfield Place hotel where the reception was being held.

Guests were treated to a huge marquee on the grounds of the country house hotel where they could enjoy their wedding breakfast before the party started.

Ant reportedly splashed £100,000 to ensure 100 guests can stay with him and his new wife, paying for them to have a two night stay at the hotel so no one had to travel home afterwards.

The three-tiered cake included figurines of the couple's three dogs, Labrador Harley and maltipoos Milo and Bumble, on top and was made by one of London's top bakeries.

It is reported that the telly favourite, who previously credited Anne-Marie with helping him turn his life around, is said to have started his speech with a joke about his dark times.

According to the Daily Mail, Ant started his speech by saying: "Hi, I'm Ant and I'm an alcoholic."

It was reported that Ant then paid tribute to his beautiful bride, admitting he fought back tears when he saw her walk down the aisle.

According to The Sun, he said: "When Anne-Marie walked into the church, I had to fight to hold it together as she looked so beautiful."

He also praised Anne-Marie's two daughters for welcoming him into the family by reportedly saying: "They are amazing girls and I’m grateful that they call me dad."

Dec is also said to have toasted his pal, calling him "the best friend a man could have ".

Ant's Saturday Night Takeaway co-star Stephen Mulhern is also believed to have been given a starring role in the wedding by performing a stand-up routine for the guests.

According to the Mail Online, he had the attendees in stitches as he poked fun at the groom and best man Dec.

A source told the publication: "Stephen was hilarious. Nobody was expecting it, but he had everyone in rafts of laughter."
