Bam Margera’s estranged wife, Nicole “Nikki” Boyd, has made her demands known in court.
In terms of child support for the pair’s 5-year-old son, Phoenix, Boyd is seeking $15,000 per month, according to documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday.
She also wants sole physical and legal custody, per the outlet, adding that she is open to supervised visitation for Margera — only if he completes drug and alcohol rehab programs first.
Additionally, the model reportedly asked for spousal support in the amount that is due to her under the applicable guidelines for their almost 10-year relationship.
Per TMZ, Boyd wants Margera — whom she claims is reportedly worth around $55 million — to cover her attorneys’ fees of at least $50,000.
The outlet reports that Boyd claims she earns less than $4,000 per month, which is why she needs the former “Jackass” star’s financial assistance.
However, she’s reportedly concerned that he might be spending his money recklessly and/or hiding his assets.
Margera’s attorneys did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Boyd, 39, filed for legal separation in February, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
It was later revealed that the influencer “made the hard choice to protect herself and their son” because she had concerns about the stuntman’s behavior around Phoenix.

Boyd’s attorney claimed that she observed Margera, 43, acting “inappropriately” while interacting with their son.
She believed he was under the influence, though he reportedly claimed to be sober at the time.
Margera — who’s been in and out of treatment centers for over a decade, including numerous stints last year — swore off drinking last month and blasted his brother for making “false accusations” about the MTV personality “being on meth.”
Then, earlier this month, Margera tried to get Boyd’s request for separation dismissed, insisting that the pair had “never been married, legally or otherwise.”
The duo had a matrimonial ceremony in Reykjavik, Iceland, in October 2013. However, it’s unclear if they ever obtained a marriage license in the United States. Page Six was unable to locate the record.
Last week, Margera claimed in court documents that Boyd had been keeping him from their son, but she denied that, saying she’s been abiding by the current custody orders and that he is able to spend time with their child as long as he’s sober.
