Where’s a palace guard when you need one?

Blake Lively took matters into her own hands while visiting the “Crown to Couture” exhibit in London on Tuesday, jumping “over the rope” to fix the skirt of her 2022 Met Gala dress currently on display at Kensington Palace.

The “Gossip Girl” star, 35, shared a video of the moment on her Instagram Story, writing, “When you’re the clown who hops over the rope at the museum to fix the exhibit.”

She added “Happy almost Virgo season folx” to her post, with the video showing the actress — who is wearing a pair of flared jeans and a gray corduroy blazer — getting down on her knees to adjust the front of her shimmering turquoise and rose gold Atelier Versace gown.

At one point a woman, who seems to be a Historic Royal Palaces employee, steps in and helps her arrange the gown, which stands next to husband Ryan Reynolds’ tux in the display.

Lively’s incredible dress — which was created to pay tribute to New York City architecture and includes a nod to “Gossip Girl” for the In America: An Anthology of Fashion theme — is one of many Met Gala and awards show looks included in the Kensington Palace exhibit.

Celeb and royal fans alike can get a closer look at designs worn by stars like Billie Eilish, Kendall Jenner, Beyoncé, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga along with historical pieces that connect the concept of modern-day celebrity with the Georgian court.

Along with visiting her dress, the “Shallows” star got to see the crown and earrings she wore for the same Met Gala, which she hosted alongside her husband, Regina King and Lin Manuel-Miranda, calling it a “surreal” moment as she posed in front of the display with jewelers Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira Sandberg.

“I still feel like a kid playing dress up every time I get to wear a gown and borrowed jewels out,” Lively wrote on her Story.

“To see it memorialized like this… just. Wow. Something I’ll never forget,” she added.

Lively’s palace trip comes after she joined Reynolds, 46, on the set of “Deadpool 3” in England, earlier this month.

The star brought their daughters James, 8, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3, to visit their superhero dad before enjoying a stop at the former home of Kate Middleton, Prince William, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle this week.

Hop across the pond before October 29 to see Lively’s dress in person (just don’t hop the rope, too).
