Boy asks parent to cut sandwich into four – their response has people howling
Everyone loves a terrible, cheesy, ‘dad’ joke.
But one parent may have just won the crown for the ultimate one after their son asked them to cut up their sandwich.
The little boy requested his snack be chopped into four – a simple enough request.

But his parent took the request literally when they decided instead to carve the number into the bread.
They shared a snap of the sandwich on Reddit, and people found the joke both equally hilarious and infuriating.
One person said: “Thinking outside the sandwich box, I like it. Next time you could cut it into random-sized pieces, that should irk him too.”
Another added: “My husband does this sometimes. It both infuriates me and makes me laugh.”

Others found it inspiring. One person said: “I know this is meant as a joke but my son is autistic and absolutely loves numbers. Thank you sir/madam for inspiring me on how to persuade him to eat different foods!”
