Calvin Harris Lists Traditional-Style Beverly Hills Estate For $25 Million
Scottish DJ, record producer, singer, and songwriter Calvin Harris is putting his Beverly Hills home on the market for the second time. The artist, who has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music industry including Rihanna, Dua Lipa and The Weeknd, first put the property up for sale in February for $25 million. Described in the listing as “The Hamptons comes to Los Angeles,” the home’s price later decreased to $21.9 million, but then was taken off the market in early September. Harris purchased the 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms estate in 2014 for $15 million and, as of Monday, it is back up for grabs for $25 million.

According to Architectural Digest, Secluded high in the mountains above Beverly Hills and tucked behind big gates, trees and a long driveway, the estate is unlike many on the market. The property is made up of five separate structures, including the main house, a two-story guest house, and a fully-equipped gym that spans more than 16,000 square feet. The main residence includes four bedrooms, living spaces with high ceilings, French oak hardwood floors, a stone staircase, and floor to ceiling windows to let the sunlight flow through the space.
Harris transformed the two story guest house into two state-of-the-art recording studios, leaving his mark all over the home. The premises also features a security building for a full-time bodyguard and a five-car detached garage which connects to an upstairs movie theater.
The kitchen features gourmet chef appliances and two oversized islands, as well as a wine cellar. The primary suite sports beautiful vaulted beam ceilings, a relaxing lounge area, a fireplace, dual bathrooms and luxurious walk-in closets. Outside you’ll find stately oaks and magnolia, private gardens, a pool and spa area, and a basketball court and other areas perfect for entertaining.
The listing is held with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.
