‘Catfish’ transforms by dyeing hair and applying makeup – with gorgeous results
It is amazing how different you can look after changing your hair and doing a full face of makeup.
And one woman managed to look so different after giving her look a "revamp" that she declared herself to be a catfish to her social media followers.
Abbie Shannon, who posts online under the username @abbie.shannon, shared a video of herself dyeing her hair.

The makeup artist bleached her locks and dyed them bright purple, black and white after getting bored of her previous style.
In the video, which has gained more than 5,800 likes, shows her entire process.
She started by re-dying the faded coloured parts of her hair with black and purple colour.
Then she went in and lightened the fringe with peroxide.
The result was white stripes in the front, purple at the sides and black at the back.
And Abbie showed the finished product with a full face of make-up on, looking very different from the start of the clip.
In the caption, she wrote: "Yeah imma catfish."
TikTok viewers were left stunned by her new look – as they took to the comments to tell her just how beautiful she is.
One user said: "The results are so gorgeous! Omg, you're so beautiful and that hair looks so good on you."
Another wrote: "This hair looks soooo good on you."
A third commented: "Loving the hair."
"You are absolutely stunning," a fourth added.

The news comes after a mum who found her first greys as a teenager finally stopped dyeing her hair a darker colour – and has been happier ever since.
Marci Beighley, 43, said she feels like herself again and now her two daughters hope to one day have her natural silvers too.
It’s approaching ten years since Marci stopped turning her tresses brown – and she described the decision as liberating.
