Donald Trump arrived for yet another event without his wife by his side today, landing in Scotland to open a golf course.
Trump was joined by his son Eric to open a second course on the Menie estate, and he told the waiting press: “It’s great to be home, this was the home of my mother.”
But, the former president was not joined by his wife on this trip “home”, which he took amid mounting legal problems.
The business mogul has been accused of raping a woman in a department store in a civil trial, which he denies.
He is also facing criminal charges over hush money paid to adult film star Stormy Daniels, who claims she had an affair with the former president.
Trump has always denied that any affair took place between himself and the entertainer.
Today’s golf course visit is one of a number of events Trump has attended without his wife in recent months.
Trump has been spotted partying at weddings and socialising at Mar-a-Lago without his wife.
He also made a trip to the site of the toxic derailment in Ohio in February, but Melania did not travel with him.
Trump failed to mark Melania’s birthday on Wednesday last week, despite posting to his social media platform Truth Social 15 times that day.

The last time Melania posted to her social media accounts she appeared to also address rumours of her whereabouts.
One week ago she posted a video of what looked like the view across the Palm Beach estate of Mar-a-Lago.
The video shows palm trees by the sea, being pelted by rain. Melania captioned the video: “The beauty of our planet. Happy #earthday”.
The First Lady was last seen at Mar-a-Lago, where she attended an Easter dinner earlier this month and put on a loved-up display with the former president.
A source told People: “Melania is leading her own life, and still feels happy being at Mar-a-Lago, surrounded by people who love her and who never talk about reality or bad things about her husband.”
The same exclusive claimed the former First Lady “remains angry and doesn’t want to hear [the alleged hush money payment] mentioned.”
Another source previously told PageSix “Melania is lying very low”. The insider added: “She hasn’t been coming out for the dinners and events at Mar-a-Lago. He is acting like everything is normal, but she hasn’t been social.”
It’s been claimed Melania is thinking about “taking Barron to Europe this summer”.
A source told People: “Melania is in charge of Barron and his well-being and no matter what else is going on in her life, he plays the lead role.”
