Estate agent leaves potential buyers in stitches with music video for £700k home

An estate agent has gone viral with a video advertising a £700,000 property on Rightmove.

Claire Cossey, from Just-Knock estate agency, belted out a version of Limahl's "NeverEnding Story".

And to top it all off, the lyrics were tailored to a five-bedroom home.

A clip of her rendition went viral on Twitter as viewers were in hysterics at the promo for the house in Bedfordshire.

In a video, Claire begins with "This old house, there's so much here to see, living room all covered with these beams'."

She sang it in the style of the 1980s hit by mullet wearer Limahl.

Claire also fit in lines about a fitted heat pump and solar panels as she discussed the busy main road outside the front.

Twitter users were stunned at the unique approach to house selling.

One wrote: "The strangest Rightmove listing you will ever see."

Another added: "Oh my God. The video."

While others claimed it was the highlight of their morning when finding out why Rightmove was trending.

A user posted: "The dose of joy we all need this morning. Is it too late to change the UK Eurovision entry? #Rightmove."

Claire revealed the reason behind her song as she told the Mirror: "I actually started doing them a couple of years ago.

"The reason this went gone nuts is I did a price reduction less than 48 hours ago, but I did the video four months ago.

"I think someone has tweeted it or put it on Reddit, and it's gone nuts from there.

"I've been doing them for a few years and I absolutely love doing them, they're fun."

The home is on the market for £700,000 and it has five bedrooms.

In its description, it reads: "From space to garden, this house has it all!

"As you enter this property the period features will really hit you.

"Stunning beams throughout and open fireplaces, perfect for a cosy night in.

"This property has a large newly fitted kitchen with a gorgeous snug, through into a dining room fit for any banquet."
