A transgender woman who's covered in multiple layers of blackout tattoos opened up about her body modification.

Lily Lu is a dad to her one daughter and lives deep in the countryside of the Black Forest in Germany.

She believes she's the most inked person in the world with 100% of her body covered in artistic designs.

The ink fan has facial scarification, tongue splitting and amputated nipples, navel and fingers which she keeps in a jar.

And her tattoo journey has been going on for a number of years.

Lily began her transformation at 14, inspired by tribes and outlaws she'd seen in films and on TV.

It didn't take long until she began scarification and built herself a tattoo machine from a hair trimmer.

By the time she was 21, Lily had finished her first body suit with her entire skin tattooed including her face.

Not only is she a tattoo artist, she's is a filmmaker and author, but more importantly a devoted dad to her child.

She said: "I'm transgender, probably the most tattooed person in the world, full time filmmaker and YouTuber.

"I have made my living as a full time artist since I was 18.

"I was a world famous tattoo artist who invented my own style of tattooing.

"I also run a porn-production company for fun on the side (z-filmz) and dedicated my life to my art and creations."

Before her transformation Lily felt like she did not belong and used her body art to express who she is on the inside.

Lily, who never felt like a human, says people tell her she looks like an alien or a child who scribbled on her.

Her first body suit took three or four years of getting tattooed almost every week.

Now she's lost count of how many layers of ink she has.

She admitted: "Probably around two to four full body tattoos.

"My body is 100% covered in ink, including under my fingernails, eyeballs, tongue, inside of the mouth and genitals.

"I have gone through a long process on my body and had a lot of body modifications.

"Many big stretched piercings, implants in my body and my face, scarifications, brandings and acid burns.

"I also removed my nipples, navel, parts of the ear, nose and fingers.

"I have all my teeth replaced with black ceramic teeth, including a few colour glitter ones."

From the pain to the polarising, Lily has had just about every procedure there is.

"Tattooing is always very painful and the more you get the less you can handle the pain," she said.

"Getting the last layer on my face was hardcore. We made the full black face in multiple sessions over two weeks."

But when it comes to family, Lily's daughter is the only one who "accepts her".

She added: "My daughter has only known me like this so she accepts me.

"For her the outside is not there to judge, it is the inside of someone that matters.

"I have my own family and I have contact with some from my biological family but mostly I cut off contact anyway.

"This is not related to my looks."
