‘So we’ve got the Sirena tuna light in olive oil, packet salad, the drained tuna, Ben’s rice – I just use half a packet then put it in the fridge for the next day’ she explained

Bec microwaves a packet of Ben’s tomato and basil rice for 90 seconds while she makes the rest of her salad.

‘I’m not sure if that’ll give me salmonella, hasn’t happened yet though,’ she joked.

Ben’s rice can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days after being heated up.

Bec then dresses the salad with a drizzle of soy sauce and a few squeezes of mayonnaise and mixes everything up.

‘Chef’s kiss,’ she said as she tucked into her simple salad.

The McDonalds baguette quickly became famous after featuring in the popular TV show.

McDonalds has re-released the sandwich in French branches thanks to its popularity, but as it’s not available in Australia yet the homemade version will have to do.

In the new season of the show Emily runs the marketing team for McDonalds’ latest release – the McBaguette.

‘Did you know the McBaguette from Emily in Paris is a real thing? But they don’t sell it in Australia,’ Bec said.

To make the recipe the fitness coach prepared a small baguette, shredded lettuce, Bernaise sauce, Jarlsberg cheese and lean beef mince.

Bec seasoned her mince with salt and pepper and rolled it into balls.

She then put the balls on a hot pan and flattened them with a burger smasher.

To build the baguette she sliced her bread in half and put Bernaise sauce on both sides.
