I had three bum lifts and now have to edit my photos to look less sexy
A woman splashed £40,000 on cosmetic surgery – but now she edits her pictures to make herself look "less sexy".
Model Juju Ferrari underwent three BBLs – but falling for a dodgy doc led to industrial grade silicone being injected into her behind, which led to completely ruining her body.
The 33-year-old followed the notion that "the bigger your bum the sexier you are" – but she now has to photoshop pictures of her body as her rear is far too big.

Her booty is now so oddly shaped that she has had threads sewn into her muscles to help support its weight.
The model's surgery hell first began when she saw her bum distort and her skin tear open following her first BBL around 10 years ago.
This led her to converting to non-surgical BBLs, which saw filler being injected into her bum to plump it up.
She said: "I always believed that a woman's power of seduction was in her butt.
"I always thought that having a small one, I wasn't sexy enough."
In a bid to boost her sex appeal, the Brazilian influencer ended up going under the knife three times, which saw her go through three rounds of injections.
Initially 200 millilitres of silicone was added – and this was followed by 200 millilitres of hydrogel during the follow-up procedures.
But she was unaware what was being used was actually industrial grade silicone as she had been "deceived" by a rogue surgeon.
Combining the two products can lead to a deadly infection, which she was very lucky to swerve in the process, but she was left with a very lumpy and saggy behind.
It's been three years since she had her last BBL, and now she's grown to really hate her booty.
Juju said: "I have a problem with the appearance of my butt.
"I have some nodules, like, that were on my butt, and a purplish appearance.
"I also get some pain from time to time."
Her first procedure took place in São Paulo, Brazil, 10 years ago – but she didn't know what she was being injected with at the time.
Then she also went under the knife in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, whereby a doctor used hydrogel to try and enhance her butt, but this caused it to combine with the silicone that had already been injected.
She's now in the process of having treatment that will enable her to support the weight of her behind.
"I use threads for support," added Juju.
"The doctor who accompanies me applies these threads that pull the muscle and support the weight of the butt."
These "gold threads" get inserted into her behind as part of the treatment that works to help lift the saggy skin.
She also hopes to have the filler removed to try and make her booty look more natural.
If she manages to reduce the size of her bum, it will mean she won't have to photoshop her images to look "less sexy".
The most popular type of BBL is surgical, which involves taking fat from other areas of the body – such as the stomach – and then inserting it into the bum.
This procedure carries more risks than non-surgical BBLs.
Juju has around 4.7 million followers on Instagram and works to teach others about the dangers of BBLs.
