A mother has taken to TikTok to speak about her experience of getting a tummy tuck and breast lift.

Keli Kern, from Niceville, Florida, took to the social media platform to reveal things about her surgeries that people don’t necessarily talk about.

She had her operation 11 days ago and has shared the bizarre things she has experienced since, including massaging her nipples to make sure the flesh todesn’t die.

Another thing she wasn’t expecting was to lose sensation in her stomach, which is now numb and she can’t feel anything other than pressure on the area.

And she’s even discoverd that she’s going to the toilet differently after some adjustment to her ‘lady parts’.

Keli said: ‘Now I wanna talk today about a few things they don’t tell you before you have a tummy tuck.

‘This isn’t just something people talk about I guess but because of who I am as a person, I’m not embarrassed, so I will tell you.

‘First off, you have to give your nipples CPR if you get (a breast) lift. They literally cut out your nipples and replace them up higher when you get a lift.

‘You have to give them CPR,  every 30 minutes I’m supposed to push on my nipples for 15 seconds. That’s weird, but you know what? Whatever I’m doing it because I don’t want my nipples to die.’

The mother then goes on to speak about the tummy tuck she had and how her body has changed.

She said: ‘Let’s talk about the fact that you can’t feel your stomach. You can feel pressure, but the sensation’s gone.

‘So if it itches, you can scratch it and it doesn’t actually get rid of the scratch, I wasn’t prepared for that.

‘Here’s a fun one, let’s talk about our lady, yes the lady bits down there. When you do the tummy tuck, they cut a whole bunch of skin out and then they pull up and pull down and then tighten the skin together.

‘Well you don’t really think about it beforehand, but when they pull the bottom skin up, it changes your anatomy.

Speaking about her tummy tuck, Keli said: ‘Let’s talk about the fact that you can’t feel your stomach. You can feel pressure, but the sensation’s gone’

‘So when you sit down to pee for the first time and your stream goes this way or this way or hits your butt and you’re like how’d that happen?

‘That’s because you’ve literally moved everything, it’s up. That being said, when it’s up, it looks different – it’s like “hey girl.”

‘Everytime you’re naked it’s like right there, looking at you. Maybe it used to look at me before kids but it’s kinda odd, I’ll have to admit.

‘I kinda liked it better when she looked at the ground but now everything’s looking at ya.’

In another video, Keli shared some more information about tummy tucks.

She said that she didn’t poop in four days, and when the time finally came, she struggled to wipe herself.

She said: ‘You can’t wipe, you know why? You can’t twist. So if you’re a wipe from the back girl like me, you can’t do it.

‘I had to learn how to wipe from the front.’

Viewers took to her original video to comment their thoughts on Keli’s experience.

TikTok users took to her video to comment about what they thought about her experiences, with some saying they haven’t felt places on their stomach in years

One said: ‘The feeling in your stomach never comes back. I had my tummy tuck eight years ago.’

A second wrote: ‘This is priceless thank you so much for sharing.’

A third penned: ‘I still can’t feel places on my stomach area, only pressure… it’s been over 10 years.’

A fourth commented: ‘C-sec 2004. Haven’t felt a scratch since. It’s horrifying.’
