Love Island’sTasha Ghourihas been through a real journey in her time on the ITV dating show.

The model and dancer, 23, seems to have found love withAndrew Le Pageas the pair overcame the tests ofCasa Amor that included Coco Lodge.

Since then the pair have become stronger, withTasha asking Andrew to be her boyfriendand Andrew recently announcing that he willpropose to the blonde beauty in four years.

While the Islanders are currently in the bubble of the villa, outside real life has been continuing for their family and friends.

Waiting for her back at home are her parents Stefanie and Tarek, 55, and the beauty has snaps of them on her Instagram account.

In a picture, taken from her graduation, shows Tasha proudly grinning in the middle of both of her parents.

She also has an brother, Alexander Ryan Ghouri who has an Instagram page where he says he is a Yorkshireman into camping and fishing.

The blonde beauty also has a step-sister called Sienna who shared a video of the pair dancing to her TikTok account.

Alongside the clip she wrote: “so proud of you [heart emoji].”

Recently Tasha’s dadTarek took to social media to speak out about his daughter’s disability.

The star is the first deaf contestant to ever take part in the hit ITV dating programme. She wears a cochlear, which helps with sound perception.

Tarek explained that the cochlear implant "isn't perfect" and "doesn't allow us to hear like we hear each other".

Tarek said that his daughter constantly hears "a little buzz" in one ear, while the other can't hear anything. Because the microphone is at the front, his daughter can only hear distorted sounds when someone is talking behind her.

"She has to try and use all her senses and be alert all the time, which is really grating," he shared.

Tarek went on to explain that Tasha would usually take it off at home to rest her brain. Not doing this is "extra tiring" for her in the villa.

"And generally when people are talking, she relies on lipreading more than people realise," he added.

Tarek also shared that when people are drinking, it's even more difficult for Tasha to read what they're saying as the shape of their mouth can change.

He added: "So mentally she's trying to do all this at the same time. She's got this added extra pressure that the other Islanders don't have. And that spills over into emotional tiredness and tears."
