Gwyneth Paltrow has been holed up in a ritzy gated community known for its A-list residents during her hit-and-run ski trial in Park City, Utah.

The Goop founder is reportedly living the luxe life in the exclusive ski-in, ski-out gated community called The Colony at White Pine Canyon, which is known for its massive properties with big price tags, according to The Daily Mail.

“The Colony is an award-winning development, with the combination of natural beauty, size, privacy, and world-class skiing and snowboarding at your doorstep, setting the new standard for on-mountain living,” the website states.

There, the homes are “nestled among lush groves of aspen trees, rolling meadows, and sparkling streams,” the website added.

“Indigenous materials and colors reflect the mountain character and perfect harmony between your mountain dream home and its natural surroundings.”

While it’s unclear which home Paltrow is currently residing in, the high-security development sits at the base of Park City Mountain and is known for having pricy listings and rental homes.

Among them is Manor 72, an estate that has reportedly hosted the likes of Ashton Kutcher, Larry King and Justin Bieber, among other big names. The extravagant rental home includes over-the-top amenities like a fully equipped fitness center, a massive kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a theater room, a sauna, a private hot tub, a heated driveway and an outdoor fire pit.

The gorgeous winter wonderland estate costs a pretty penny and rents out for a staggering $5,407.50 a night, according to Park City Rentals.

The deluxe district is also famous for having many multi-million-dollar homes costing no less than $10.5 million, the Daily Mail reports.

One of the most notable among the manors is Monitor’s Rest mansion, which is currently on the market for $50 million. The six-bedroom, 11-bathroom villa reportedly sits on five acres of ski-in, ski-out land and has a 60-foot pool, a Himalayan salt room and a Turkish bath.

Rentals in the community have access to Canyon Village, a posh skiing destination where luxurious hotels like Waldorf Astoria and the Westgate can be found.

Paltrow, an avid skier, has reportedly not been able to hit the slopes amid the trial.

The 50-year-old actress has been accused of recklessly skiing and crashing into Dr. Terry Sanderson in Deer Valley, Utah back in 2016.

Sanderson claimed in the 2019 suit that the accident left him with a traumatic brain injury, broken ribs and a loss of enjoyment of life. He is seeking more than $300,000 in damages.

Paltrow then claimed that it was Sanderson who left her injured and she countersued for $1 in damages, as well as the cost of her attorneys’ fees.

She took to the stand last week and alleged that she initially believed Sanderson was trying to sexually assault her when he crashed into her.

The lifestyle guru has been trolled for making bizarre statements during her testimony, which kicked off on March 21, including when she said the collision cost her “half a day of skiing.”

Her two kids whom she shares with 46-year-old ex-husband Chris Martin — Apple, 18, and Moses, 16 — are due to take the stand this week.

Paltrow is clearly living in style during the court hearings, and her trial wardrobe has been equally as fashionable.

This isn’t the first time Paltrow has made headlines for a scandal and has been involved in multiple controversies throughout her career.
