A Canadian father who has spent more than $120,000 to get his entire body tattooed is now showing off a new pair of vampire-style fangs.

The body modification fan from Alberta, who also boasts numerous piercings, showed off the sharp new canines on social media this month.

‘Recently unlocked a new super power: eternal life,’ Remy – who has more than 206,000 Instagram followers on his account @ephemeral_remy – joked, alongside a selfie of the pearly whites.

‘Vampire teeth are definitely a body mod, but after having some rather extensive dental work done this year I decided to treat myself to something more fun.’

Speaking to the Daily  Star, Remy revealed the procedure only took 15 minutes at the local dentist.

‘I weren’t even aware of how easy they were to do,’ he added.

The father-of-one, who is reportedly an ex-chef, is a manager at the Rocky Mountain Tattoo shop and has a YouTube channel where he reacts to other people’s work.

The influencer’s social media is filled with photos of his extreme tattoo designs, showing his entire torso, arms and legs to be inked black entirely.

The dark background acts as a canvas for more ornate designs, showing off a selection of influences.

Remy’s chest tattoo features fangs and creepy crawly-inspired works adorned with tentacles and beady eyes.

In contrast, his right arm sleeve includes a stunning floral design with roses.

He kicked his body art journey off 15 years ago, starting with a tattoo dedicated to his teenage son Ivan.

Sharing a snap of the work on social media in January, the body modification enthusiast revealed he wasn’t even sure he wanted to get fully inked up at the time.

‘Believe it or not I already had been pierced around 100 times when I first got that tattoo,’ he wrote.

‘And I wasn’t even sure I wanted one for a long time, but I couldn’t have started with a better reason.’

Remy has also in past spoken out about people questioning his parenting style just because of his appearance.

As reported by Mirror, cruel online trolls have gone so far as to tell him the young boy should be ‘taken away’ from him.

‘My argument to that would be that if you think that way, you should never have children yourself,’ the tattoo enthusiast said.

‘People stare a bit [in public] but they only say nice things and ask how long it took, how I handle the pain and generally compliment my work.’

Remy has, speaking to the Star in past, also revealed that he’s spent well over CAN$150,000 on his tattoos and piercings.

The body art fan told the outlet that his most painful tattoos were ones ‘inside the bum’ or deeper into his inner thighs.

‘Those areas are fairly sensitive,’ he said.
