Jennifer Aniston spices up her healthy lifestyle with “treats and cheat days” when she is not working out five times a week to keep her toned figure.

“If she wants to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, she’ll splurge. It’s no big deal,” a source told Us Weekly Wednesday.

The insider shared that the “Friends” star’s diet is filled with proteins and healthy carbs to balance out her rare sweet tooth cravings.

When it comes to Aniston’s quality of life, the 54-year-old focuses on “being as healthy and happy as she can be,” another source told the magazine.

Aniston also has a penchant for an active lifestyle, including walking her dogs and meditating, according to the report.

The “Morning Show” star recently shared some of the secrets that keep her at a reported 117 pounds at 5-foot-5.

After years of injuring herself due to high-intensity workouts that make her “feel the burn,” Aniston turned her attention toward low-intensity movement through the home workout program Pvolve.

She explained that the routines help her maintain strength in a balanced way — which she could not find through more aggressive alternatives such as CrossFit.

Speaking of her old ways, she told InStyle, “When you’re in a mindset of, ‘I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,’ it’s daunting.

“I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body.”

While Aniston’s workout routine, diet and overall obsession with wellness have resulted in endless radiance, the “Just Go with It” star admitted she hates when people tell her she looks “great” for her age.

“It drives me bananas. I can’t stand it,” she told British Vogue in March. “That’s a habit of society that we have these markers like, ‘Well you’re at that stage, so for your age …’ I don’t even understand what it means.

“I’m in better shape than I was in my 20s,” the actress continued. “I feel better in my mind, body and spirit. It’s all 100 percent better.”

Aniston was also recently praised for embracing her naturally gray strands while promoting her haircare brand, LolaVie, on Instagram.
