It goes down in the DM.

Kristin Cavallari admitted that her Instagram account has been a reliable source for matchmaking lately – but she’s “not gonna settle” for anything less than a blue checkmark.

“I’ve actually been on quite a few dates,” the single reality star and jewelry designer, 35, told Amanda Hirsch on Dear Media’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast Tuesday.

“My DMs have essentially been my dating app,” she added, prompting Hirsch to ask whether she sorts through messages from those who are “verified only?”

“Yeah, no, unfortunately,” the “Laguna Beach” alum replied with a chuckle. “Sorry, I’m only gonna go for the verified!”

Cavallari confessed that it’s just “easier” that way, noting, “I can’t filter through all of my DMs, but I can see those blue checkmarks, honey!”

Cavallari explained that her “ideal guy” is not a fellow celebrity. Instead, she’s looking for “a businessman who no one knows.”

“I have gone on a date with a businessman in Nashville, actually,” she quickly realized. “But we’ll see. I don’t like people that often, and I’m pretty picky, I guess, but I’m not gonna settle. I’m gonna stay picky.”

Following her April 2020 split from former Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler — with whom she shares three children — the “Hills” alum said she quietly “dated someone right away” and that the romance lasted “about five, six months.”

After her relationship with the mystery man ended, the former “Very Cavallari” star wasted no time moving on with Jeff Dye — an Instagram-verified podcaster whom she met online.

“And then Jeff, who wasn’t known, I dated Jeff for five, six months right after that other guy,” Cavallari shared. “And then I didn’t date at all for a while.”

The Uncommon James founder revealed she got back in the love game this year and that she’s “been actively dating” since March.

“I’ve been pretty able to keep things on the DL lately, which is nice,” she said, adding that she was casually “dating someone for a couple months” while she “continued to go on other dates.”

Cavallari and Cutler, 39, said “I do” in June 2013 before going on to have sons Camden, 9, and Jaxon, 8, as well as daughter Saylor, 6.

After “10 years together,” they announced their divorce with a joint statement on Instagram, explaining that they had simply grown apart.

It’s unclear whether their divorce is final, but Cutler did boast about throwing a divorce party last month “when the settlement came through.”
