Leonardo DiCaprio and his model pal Neelam Gill were seen traipsing around St. Tropez during a lavish getaway with friends on Monday.
DiCaprio, 48, and Gill, 28, were photographed heading towards the same luxury yacht docked in the coastal town on the French Riviera.
They were also joined by the “Wolf of Wall Street” star’s bestie Tobey Maguire and another mystery woman.
An insider tells Page Six that DiCaprio has been prioritizing his time with loved ones this summer.
“He has been spending time with friends and family,” the source says.
Gill looked posh in Versace sunglasses, a leopard-print sheer gown and bright green Gucci sandals ($660) that coordinated perfectly with her oversized shoulder bag. She also toted the iconic Lady Dior purse, which retails for $6,500, in a beautiful shade of red.
While the British Punjabi model was peacocking in a stand-out ensemble of colors and patterns, DiCaprio, as usual, dressed casually and plainly.
The Oscar winner stayed under the radar in a baseball hat emblazoned with a Jean-Michel Basquiat crown, a light gray T-shirt, cargo shorts and black flip-flops.
Meanwhile, Maguire, 48, took a page out of DiCaprio’s fashion playbook, opting for a simple outfit comprised of dark swim trunks, a black tee and a matching hat.
As for the mystery lady joining the trio, she wore a playful strapless top and jean short-shorts, opting to go barefoot.
Gill and DiCaprio sparked unfounded dating rumors in May when they were seen dining at posh London eatery Chiltern Firehouse with the Hollywood star’s mom, Irmelin Indenbirken.
The family gathering came just days after they were spotted leaving Hotel Martinez in Cannes, France. One month later, the two were joined by Maguire for a relaxed meal at Paris’ Loulou on Rue de Rivoli.
However, a source previously told Page Six that DiCaprio and the Vogue beauty are not dating and just friends.

DiCaprio’s many outings with Gill continue despite his alleged relationship with Gigi Hadid.
He and the “Next in Fashion” host, 28, have been spurring romance speculation since they showed PDA during Paris Fashion Week in September 2022.
Since then, they have routinely been sighted together all around the world – most recently, in the Hamptons earlier this month.
While a witness told Page Six that there is definitely “a vibe” between Hadid and DiCaprio, another source claimed they just roll in the same social circles.
DiCaprio’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
