Model with extreme 54-inch boobs shows what she looked like before surgery

Allegra Cole is famed for her curvaceous figure, which she has achieved with the help of plastic surgery.

She’s reportedly had a Brazilian butt lift, tummy tuck and 4,600 CC implants put into each breast.

But what did the influencer look like before going under the knife?

The 53-year-old, from Orange County in the US, gave fans a glimpse of her natural beauty this week.

She shared a throwback picture from 21 years ago – and she looked so different back then!

In the 2002 photo, Allegra has a slender figure that she shows off in a tube top and thong.

At the time, when she was working as a Mormon piano teacher, she didn't have booty implants and wore minimal makeup.

Nowadays though, the model has boosted her chest and booty.

She also boasts fluttery false eyelashes and a pout that's been plumped using lip fillers.

The only similarity is Allegra's blonde locks, which have been grown out into a glamorous mane.

Allegra captioned the before and after pictures: "2002 vs 2022.

"I will always be evolving, growing changing.

"This is what life is all about and I'm excited to see where I grow to next."

The post garnered more than 23,000 likes and plenty of positive comments.

And many told Allegra she didn't need plastic surgery to look fabulous.

One Instagram user said: "I think you were beautiful to begin with."

And another agreed: "You were hot back then too."

Even though many love her natural look, plenty praised Allegra for the dramatic transformation.

One responder gushed: "You used to be beautiful, but now your beauty is magical."

A second said: "You looked great in 2002 and you look great now."

Another wrote: "That transformation is insane! I love it."

And a fourth added: "You inspire me so much to live in the body I want. Saving all my money that I make so I can live my best life."
