My husband is lazy and refuses to help with our three kids | The Sun
DEAR DEIDRE: IT’S getting me down that my husband is the laziest man on the planet.
He works four days a week and when he gets home, he does nothing to help with the kids.
He also expects his dinner to be waiting on the table.
All he does is put his plate in the dishwasher.
He’s 40, I’m 37 and we have three children under five.
He’s always been a mummy’s boy, and never had to do anything for himself.
Unfortunately, he expects the same treatment now.

He expects me to run around after him, and then bathe and clean our kids.
I love him but I feel like he’s taking advantage.

Explain to your husband his reluctance to connect with family life is affecting your relationship.
Suggest that on his days off, he bathes the children and reads to them to give you a break. Plus, this will help him bond with them.
