He’s told the postman not to deliver our post and he keeps calling the police who come knocking on our door.

He’s having work done to the property and when he has the builders there, he shouts and swears about us, calling us every name under the sun.

My wife and I are both in our early 60s.

We are terrified but the police have refused to help us.

Even our local council says they can’t do anything for at least two years.
