PEOPLE are only just realising that you can buy McDonald's dupes from Aldi for under £1.50 – and they're loving it.
Aldi is famous for some of its dupes, with fans claiming the cheap versions are as good or better than the real deal.
The retailer has sold McDonald's dupes for a while now, but some shoppers have only just spotted the products at their local shop.
Posting in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, one savvy saver said: "Aldi £1.49 for two cheaper than McDonald's chips and taste the same."
The post got more than 1,000 likes and fellow bargain hunters were quick to praise the dupes.
One person said: "I had them last week and they taste good."

Another added: "Had these yesterday and I'd actually say they were more crispy than the Maccies ones. They were lovely and tasty."
And a third wrote: "Yeah I've tried them and they're as good. If anything, they're better."
The dupe of the McDonald's fries are the latest Aldi dupes to hit the shelves.
It costs £1.49 for a pack of two, whereas at McDonald's medium fries cost £1.29, so that's a saving of 99p for one pack of fries.

The discounter already has its own versions of all your McDonald's favourites, including its Big Stack (Big Mac), Chicken Stack (Chicken Big Mac), hash browns, chicken nuggets (McNuggets) and Crispy Chicken Strips (Chicken Selects).
Each of the Aldi frozen fakeaway choices comes with a pretty low price tag, with the fries alone 40% cheaper than the real thing.
It comes after McDonald's upped the prices of some of its items again earlier this year.
The Sun recently put the dupes to the test, and we found one item tastes just like the real thing.
