People with April birthdays are more likely to be famous and successful

Many of us have been praying for April to arrive.

For a lot of people, it marks the start of lighter nights, sunnier weather and more all around loveliness.

But – if you're an April baby – it also brings even brighter news.

This is because new research shows people born this month are more likely to grow up to be successful and famous.

The research revealed those born in April have the fourth "most successful" birthday month, which means they're more likely to thrive in comparison to their mates.

If the people around them were born in February, March or November – they may not be as lucky when it comes to the chances of grabbing fame.

The research focused on studying 300 celebrities and billionaires to see which birth months turned out to be the most popular.

It led to October being crowned the most common birth month for the thriving celebs, as people like Bill Gates, Kim Kardashian and Simon Cowell all have birthdays then.

As well as this, as many as 36 out of 300 celebrities were all born during the one month.

When it came to looking at what sorts of things make a person successful, it turns out many things can contribute.

These factors include education, upbringing, hard work and sometimes a little good luck can also work in people's favour.

For those set to celebrate their birthdays this month prepare to mark the occasion in style, as the study implies you have quite a promising future to look forward to.

But don't worry too much if your birthday doesn't fall over the next few weeks, as it's important for everyone to maintain a positive mind.

When in doubt remember the inspiring words of Bill Bradley, which were: "Ambition is the path to success.
