“Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Shay was photographed leaving a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday morning following Raquel Leviss’ request to drop her restraining order against her.

Shay appeared straight-faced as she walked alongside her legal team while holding onto a black umbrella with her right hand and waving with her left arm.

The “Good As Gold” singer kept her look courthouse chic in a black crew neck shirt with a burnt orange blazer on top and matching slacks.

Shay, 37, accessorized her look with chunky black sunglasses, heeled black boots, diamond hoop earrings, and long gold-painted nails. She also pulled her hair back in a tight ponytail.

The “Scheananigans” podcast host walked side-by-side husband, Brock Davies, who complemented Shay’s look in a white collared shirt, tan pants and tan coat. He also showed off his new hairstyle after chopping off his signature long locks last week.

The former BFFs were scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday to hear Leviss’ case seeking a permanent restraining order against Shay.

“We just love waking up super early, driving in the rain to, you know, go to court,” Shay sarcastically shared in a selfie Instagram Story video on her way to court.

Leviss, 28, however, did not show up, as she previously stated that she would not be pursuing a permanent restraining order and letting the temporary one she was granted earlier this month expire.

“When Rachel realized that she would lose in court and that she couldn’t just drop it, she decided to not show up at all,” Shay’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani, told Page Six on Wednesday, using Leviss’ real name.

Leviss’ rep argued that Shay and her legal team were “notified” during the reunion taping last Thursday that Leviss was dropping her request. However, Rahmani claimed that his client was served a letter with “no legal meaning” and the case was still on the court calendar.

“The court was notified by Raquel’s counsel that we were not attending and are not moving forward and we had filed the paperwork requested by the court clerk, which has been stamped and received,” Leviss’ rep claimed to Page Six.

Leviss was initially granted the temporary restraining order after claiming Shay hit her and bruised her eye on March 1.

As Page Six previously reported, the former friends got into a “heated confrontation” when Shay learned that Leviss was having a “full-on affair” with Tom Sandoval — Shay’s BFF, Ariana Madix’s boyfriend of nearly ten years.

Rahmani previously denied that Shay hit Leviss, but he admitted the former actually “pushed” the latter that night.

“Scheana didn’t punch Rachel. Rachel didn’t get a black eye,” Rahmani said. “Scheana pushed Rachel but only after Rachel grabbed her wrist, and Rachel did not suffer a concussion.”

The temporary restraining order ultimately led to Shay and Leviss having to film the highly anticipated Season 10 reunion separately.
