Two bedroom home could be yours for a staggeringly low £4k – but it's missing a key feature | The Sun
A TWO-BED flat could be yours for just £4,000 if you're happy to live without one key feature.
The property in Fife, Scotland, has hit the market for less than what your energy bills could soon cost you but it does have a catch.
For the new owners opening the door to the flat, they will have to deal with exposed brick and no floor.
The home had to have everything ripped out, de-fogged and ventilated because of a house fire and is left with just panelling and boards for windows.
So even though you might save on its price tag, you will need some savings for your huge to-do list.
But there is some good news – auctioneers Future Property Auctions, who will be auctioning the home on Thursday say windows and doors have been measured and are ready to be fitted once it is bought.
