THE latest Zara item sending fans of the fashion giant into a frenzy is a linen dress dubbed “perfect for summer”.
The Linen Blend Short Dress costs £29.99 but has been tipped to sell out fast by avid shoppers at the Spanish clothing chain.
The cute dress is stocked in sizes XS to XXL and comes in both pastel pink and white.
Describing it online, Zara bosses said: “Dress made of a linen blend.
"Square neckline and short puff sleeves.

The dress is a blend of 14% linen, 53% viscose and 33% cotton, giving it the ready-for-summer fabric composition that shoppers are after now that Spring is coming.
The inner lining is 100% cotton.
One avid fashionista took to Tik Tok to claim it was the perfect summer dress.

Others have speculated online that the linen dress was a major hit last year and totally sold out.
Theorists believe Zara has now brought it back for a second summer thanks to its rave success.
It is currently stocked in all sizes on the fashion giant’s retailers, as well as in a number of its stores.
The dress hails a price point lower than some of Zara’s other recent viral dresses.
Its Printed Tulle Dress was recently dubbed the It Dress of the summer by some shoppers.
Others weren't impressed with its £45.99 price tag.
The dress still sold out within days and is now totally out of stock on the retailer’s website.
