Alison Hammond shows off weight loss on This Morning as fans say she 'looks amazing' | The Sun

THIS Morning viewers said Alison Hammond looked "unbelievable" as she jived around the studio with Dermot O'Leary today.

The 47-year-old returned to host alongside Dermot on Friday and looked incredible in a red blazer suit and sleek hair and very glam make-up.


She turned the studio into her very own dance floor with Dermot, 49, taking Alison, 47, for a spin.

Viewers loved their energy and took to Twitter to praise Alison's appearance.

One fan wrote: “I want @AlisonHammond's makeup artist. Whomever it is, they're doing a fantastic job. Alison is looking amazing.”

In July Alison revealed she had cut out sugar to help her shed the pounds.

She weighed 20 stone at her biggest and started to lose weight after her beloved mother sadly died in 2020.

"Sometimes I look at myself and go, 'Wow, I am a big girl'. But I like taking up a bit of space.

"I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don't think I'm hurting anyone."

She added on Lorraine Kelly’s podcast: "We're all going to die eventually. I might die a little bit sooner, but I'm going to live my life to the fullest.

Alison shot to fame when she competed in the third series of then-Channel 4 reality show Big Brother in 2002, and she went on to land a job as a reporter on This Morning in 2003.
