All Creatures Great and Small returns to Channel 5 and James Herriot (played by Nicholas Ralph) is finally seeing success with the TB testing scheme. However, the work becomes too much for him and he confides in his wife Helen Alderson (Rachel Shenton) about his difficult situation. The fourth episode of the season features a whole host of guest stars. 

Who is in All Creatures Great and Small season 3 episode 4? 

Florence Pandhi – Sophie Khan Levy

In the new episode, Tristan (Callum Woodhouse) buys a new car to help with errands at the practice and he uses it to take Florence, the daughter of Siegfried’s (Sam West) rival, George Pandhi, out on a date. 

Florence has already made an appearance this season when Tristan helped save her beloved Dalmatian from choking. 

She is played by Sophie Khan Levy, an actress who is known for her work with the Royal Shakespeare Company. 

The star had a role in Love’s Labour’s Lost and Love’s Labour’s Won, as well as the series Ride. 

She has taken on a new role in the series Mammals, which is in post-production. 

Dick Rudd – Alexis Platt

Dick Rudd is one of the farmers who has been letting James test his cows for signs of TB. 

He is played by Alexis Platt, an actor who played Kevin in Cold Feet and a Prison Officer in Coronation Street. 

Fans may also recognise him as Graham Keegan in the series Prey and Danny Critchall from Ackley Bridge. 

His other credits include the series Safe and The Five. 

Jeff Mallock – Jim Moir

Jim has taken on the role of Jeff Mallock, who works at the local knacker’s yard in Darrowby. 

Jim, otherwise known as Vic Reeves, is a comedian, musician and actor best known for his double act with Bob Mortimer.

Known for his surreal sense of humour, his double act was listed in The Observer as one of the 50 funniest acts in British comedy in the early 2000s.

He has taken on countless TV roles over the years, with some of his credits including Inspector George Gently and Coronation Street.

Charles Harcourt – Adrian Rawlins

Charles Harcourt is heavily involved with the TB testing programme and he is not so confident about James being in charge. 

Charles is played by Adrian Rawlins, who is best known for starring as James Potter in the Harry Potter films. 

Fans may also recognise him as Arthur Kidd in The Woman in Black. 

The 64-year-old actor starred in Chernobyl as Nikolai Fomin back in 2019.

Tom Chapman – Lamin Touray

Tom is a family friend of the Aldersons and he regularly offers a helping hand on the farm. 

He is played by Lamin Touray, a British Gambian Actor from Manchester who has worked in theatre and TV. 

The star is probably best known for playing Ashley Hardcastle in Coronation Street. 

His other role was as Rich in the series Everything I Know About Love. 

All Creatures Great and Small airs on Channel 5 on Thursdays at 9pm.
