Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway viewers thought the series returned with a "cruel" twist.
The hosts came back with their popular show on February 25 though fans were not happy with their prank.
The Geordie duo pulled a prank on viewer Liam, who was set up by his wife, Amy, who was pregnant at the time.
They went for a 4D scan to see their unborn baby, but little did Liam know, it wasn't his baby they saw.
Viewers of the show took to social media to share their thoughts on the matter.
One fan wrote: "s it just me who thinks its a bit harsh messing with that Guys First Born like that is quite poor taste?? Memories he should have forever were just Fake #SaturdayNightTakeaway."
