FORMER Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes has been praised for showing the reality of Instagram snaps.
Chanelle, 35, looked gorgeous in a white bikini with tropical prints as she took to Instagram while soaking up the sun.
One snap saw her holding in her stomach while sitting upright, with another seeing her proudly display her curves.
Chanelle wrote in her caption: "Don’t allow someone’s edited snapshot they share on their socials to ruin your reality.
"Back to school/work/uni tomorrow so I didn’t spend my day scrolling thinking someone else’s body is better than mine, someone else’s house is bigger than mine, someone else’s garden is posher than mine. I just enjoyed the day.

The reality star lost nine stone after undergoing a gastric sleeve operation in the summer of 2020.

The 5ft 3ins star's key-hole surgery removed a large part of the stomach to limit food intake.
Chanelle rose to fame thanks to the iconic Channel 4 reality series in 2007 when she was just 19 years old.
She has since turned her back on reality TV in order to focus on one of her other dream life ambitions.
Chanelle has been training to become a qualified nurse and hopes to take on the career full-time upon her final qualifications next year.
