THERE appears to be a new friendship brewing on the Coronation Street cobbles between a rather unlikely pair.
Sarah Platt has been desperate to show off her business acumen and further herself in Underworld and it appears she has finally found the right man to help her along – and it is not her dastardly uncle Stephen!
In upcoming scenes, Micheal Bailey sets about creating another one of his many inventions and this time he combines it with his role as a sales manager at the factory.
Turning his hand to design, Micheal shows off a loungewear range he has designed to his boss Sarah and she is seriously impressed.
Realising his potential, Sarah makes the sudden suggestion that the pair should go into business together to bring the loungewear to life.
Sarah feels that they can be the dream team with his impeccable designs and her extensive marketing knowledge.

As the pair spend an increasing amount of time together as they look forward to celebrating the venture, Sarah is soon left distracted by another one of her employees.
