Corrie fans complain to Ofcom over Craig scenes as actor Colson Smith responds

Coronation Street fans were up in arms over Craig Tinker's outfit during the police officer's ongoing family dramas.
Last week, the cobbles cop faced troubles as he tried to get to know his girlfriend Faye Windass' daughter Miley.
Faye fell pregnant at just 12-years-old and decided she couldn't have anything to do with her little girl, meaning Miley lived with dad Jackson and his family in Canada.

But despite her initial reservations, she's decided to reconnect with the pair, with boyfriend Colson doing his best to help.
But on Wednesday (April 5), the pair clashed as Craig realised Faye had kept her meeting with Jackson and Miley from him.
And when Faye confronted Craig about the situation, he admitted that he wasn't too keen on Faye seeing her ex Jackson even if he didn't mind her seeing Miley.
They soon got embroiled in a heated argument with Faye insisting they were just trying to co-parent Miley, and Craig left her fuming when he said that it was being with Jackson that resulted in Miley being born.
Luckily, they patched things up and Craig admitted he was being jealous, but Corrie fans appeared rather distracted by Colson's choice of clothing.
The policeman was wearing a bold purple sweatshirt that sported a huge yellow star, sun and moon shapes.
And Corrie podcast Talk of the Street jokingly reminded fans that they might need to get in touch with Ofcom if they were unhappy with Craig's bold garment.
They quipped: "Tonight's episode contains scenes of Craig wearing this jumper. Ofcom contact details available on request."
Another user jokingly replied: "If you or anyone you know has been affected by Craig’s jumper you can find Helpline details on our website etc etc."
Another asked: "What in the world is Craig Tinker wearing?"
A third complained: "Why on earth didn't ITV issue a 'distressing scenes' warning?! Craig's jumper is a hate crime. #Corrie.
Another said: "I think Faye and Craig had some sort of secret jumper competition going on tonight #Corrie."
And Colson Smith, who plays Craig, was quick to address his character's clothing as he shared a grab from his scenes on his Instagram Story, where he quipped: "Craig Bartholomew Tinker fashion icon?"
