Fiz Stape, meanwhile, receives a huge shock when Tyrone Dobbs fixes a dodgy cassette tape for daughter Hope and Paul Foreman goes too far in a bid to protect Summer Spellman – with deadly consequences.

Tyrone does his best to fix Hope’s cassette, all the while reminiscing about the joys of vinyl. The mechanic succeeds in fixing the cassette, much to Fiz’s joy but, when he presses play, the couple realise that the tape features a recording of John Stape.

Wednesday January 18

Paul and Todd confront Mike outside his house.

Mike provokes Paul with sick claims, so Paul retaliates by shoving him. Mike loses his footing and slips, hitting his head off the floor. Todd and Paul are shocked as they stand over an unconscious Mike.

Friday January 20

Teddy confronts Stephen, explaining that he remembers not seeing Leo in Canada and that Leo’s phone never left Weatherfield. Panicked, Stephen invites Teddy to his office to talk.

Tragedy subsequently strikes, as killer Stephen claims another victim.
