COUNTDOWN'S Rachel Riley flashed her legs in a see-through dress as she welcomed a former X Factor contestant to the show.

The 36-year-old co-hosts Countdown with Colin Murray and looked lovely in blue on todays show.


Rachel's dress featured capped sleeves and a net layer over the top of the material underneath.

The net came down lower than the other fabric, offering a glimpse of her toned legs as she took charge of the letters and numbers.

Viewers were also treated to a new contestant on the show, Sara, whorevealed she had appeared on TV before.

Colin gave viewers a brief overview of Sara's hobbies before saying: "You were on X Factor…tell me about that."

Sara replied: "Yes, gosh I'm going back some years now.I was 14 I believe.

"I have improved since then I would say, but I got through the first round."

Colin then asked what song she had sang at her audition and she replied: "It was a Leona Lewis song I believe."

Colin asked if it was Footprints in the Sand and Sara said it was.

The host then joked: "It's funny because we have the backing track to that, we'll play it now…"

As Sara laughed nervously, Colin asked innocently: "What? No? Move on?"

Sara replied: "Maybe not today."

Colin replied: "We'll see if you win then you can sing us out."

Unfortunately for Sara, her opponent Tom was unbeatable and he scored an incredible 119 to her 10 points.


Countdown airs weekdays at 2.10pm on Channel 4.
