He is 4/5 in the betting with bookmaker Coral to replace Philip as a presenter of This Morning following support behind the broadcaster over the last 24 hours.

“Rylan Clark has been the most popular selection in our betting on who will replace Philip Schofield on This Morning,” said Coral’s John Hill.

“The former host of Strictly’s It Takes Two is now the odds-on favourite for the role.”

Dermot’s odds of co-hosting with Holly are 6/4 while Alison is priced at 2/1.
