EastEnders double death teased as spoilers confirm two abducted in Keeble twist
EastEnders spoilers have confirmed there will be a gunshot drama in Albert Square in the near future.
As we enter 2023, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) tries to rescue his partner Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) and her son Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall).
Fans of the BBC One soap will be aware that Phil has found himself at odds with corrupt police officer DCI Keeble (Alison Newman) who has held a grudge against his family after Eric Mitchell murdered her father in the 1970's.

In scenes which are set to air next week, Phil will reluctantly team-up with nemesis Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) in order to rescue Kat and Tommy from DCI Keeble's clutches.
Keanu recently returned to Walford after three years away, forming an alliance with enemy Phil in order to bring down Keeble
However Keanu would later find himself banished from Walford by hard man Phil following the discovery of his secret fling with Sam Mitchell (Kim Metcalfe) earlier this year in Spain.
Believing himself triumphant over Keeble, Phil calls a family lunch to celebrate.
His actions end up alienating several of his family members and things then go from bad to worse when Kat and Tommy are abducted by masked men and taken to a disused warehouse.
Determined to deal with the situation away from the police, a furious Phil demands that Keanu gets in contact with Keeble before planning his next cunning move.
Keanu pleads with Phil to come along on the rescue mission, despite Sharon Watt's (Letitia Dean) pleas to stay out of the situation.
Meanwhile, at the warehouse Kat tries to reason with Keeble and is seemingly close to a breakthrough.
However, the corrupt police officer flips and lashes out just as Phil and Keanu are planning to storm the warehouse.
As the pair enter they hear a gunshot ring out.
Following the direction of the noise, the pair rush into the room where the gun was fired. But will they be too late?
