“Three things she wanted for my life and career.

Gary Windass takes violent revenge
MARIA Connor becomes the target of a vile hate campaign as she takes on local politics.
Hellbent on protecting her from any harm, her husband Gary Windass resorts to violence next week in Coronation Street.
Unbeknownst to many in Weatherfield, Gary Windass (portrayed by Mikey North) is one of Corrie’s most notable serial killers after making two victims in the cobbles.
In upcoming episodes of the long-running ITV soap, his violent streak makes a quick return as he tries to protect his wife Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon).
The hairstylist turned eco-warrior has thrown herself into a political career but her ambitions make her the target of online hate.
She reckons the police need informing about the threats she’s been receiving as a result and despite Gary’s misgivings, decides to host a press conference.
But Gary lets his temper get the best of him when Jimmy, the refuse team leader, heckles Maria.
Seeing red, Gary is convinced Jimmy is responsible for the hate Maria has received online and aggressively pins him against the wall.
Maria and Gary are set for some more stressful times, although they perhaps believed they could be catching a break after Rick Neelan’s body was discovered.

Corrie fans scratching their heads at Stephen’s accent as he makes stunning return after 15 years
As revealed last week, Audrey Robert’s son Stephen Reid is back on the soap for the first time since 2007.
However, it wasn’t this dramatic scene that got viewers talking about Stephen’s return – but instead it was his accent, with some likening him to an “80s action film star”.
One viewer tweeted: “WTF is that accent #Corrie.”
While this one said said: “Stephen thinks he’s in an 80s action film #Corrie.”
Another chimed in: “Ok his voice is going to irritate the [angry face emoji] out of me, please don’t give him many lines lol.”
This fan commented: “Stephen not wasting any time in showing off his vocal range.”
Brian Packham’s Miley Cyrus link
Prior to his role in Coronation Street, Peter Gunn had appeared in various other TV shows and films.
However, younger fans may just recognise the actor for another role. which he played in 2009.
Appearing in the award-winning film Hannah Montana: The Movie, Peter worked alongside popstar and actress Miley Cyrus.
He played British journalist Oswald Granger in the film and spent three months filming in America.
It turned out that one of his mates, also from his hometown, Peter Chelsom was directing the film and thought the soap star would be perfect to play the part.
Speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph he said: “I spent one month filming in Tennessee and two months in LA filming the Hannah Montana movie and it was incredible.”

Corrie fans left amused
Corrie fans were left amused on Friday night when a familiar face returned to the soap after 15 years away.
Audrey Robert’s son Stephen Reid is back on the show for the first time since 2007.
But his accent left fans amused.
One viewer tweeted: “WTF is that accent #Corrie.”
While this one said: “Stephen thinks he’s in an 80s action film #Corrie.”
Another chimed in: “Ok his voice is going to irritate the [angry face emoji] out of me, please don’t give him many lines lol.”
This fan commented: “Stephen not wasting any time in showing off his vocal range.”
However, the reason behind his accent is that Audrey gave him up for adoption in Canada years ago.
The most recent episode of the famous soap saw actor Todd Boyce reprise his role in hasty fashion as he found Audrey unconscious in the salon.
His mum had collapsed the previous evening and had been laying trapped underneath a motorbike all night, as her family discussed how to beat her drinking issue.
Stephen found his mother after arriving at the salon to see Elaine Jones (Paula Wilcox) trying to enter it.
He broke down the door in and was shocked to find his mother collapsed on the floor.
