EastEnders star Louisa Lytton breaks down in tears and sobs on the tube as she suffers 'mum guilt' | The Sun

EASTENDERS actress Louisa Lytton confessed she'd been struck by mum "guilt" after leaving her daughter for a week for work.

The Ruby Allen star, 33, took to her Instagram Stories to confess she had been "crying" on the tube after heading away from home, leaving little Aura, one, with her husband Ben.


Louisa uploaded a snap showing the tot dressed in a super-cute pumpkin-coloured bodysuit and tutu as she admitted her sadness.

The EastEnders favourite wrote: "A little Halloween fun this AM before I leave for work.

"I feel sick with guilt for going to work.

"So silly I know. I've brought a whole book and I intend on finishing it.

"Room service for one."

Later in the day, the BBC star took a selfie while travelling on London's swish new Elizabeth Line Crossrail service.

She admitted: "Just me crying on the Elizabeth Line. It's not even a week.

"I woke at 6am. Apparently Aura is still asleep at home. Ben has lucked out not me!"

Louisa and Ben married in a stunning Italian ceremony in July after delaying their wedding three times due to Covid.

The soap star recently became just as emotional as she broke down as she walked into her daughter's stunning first birthday party.

She called in the professionals to bring the party to life with bespoke boxes that said "Aura is 1" for the kids and treats decorated with Aura's name.

The actress and her husband pulled out all the stops for Aura, putting on a lavish food and balloon display too.

The stylish bash had a bright and colourful theme, with a tropical flower display and safari animals dotted around their home.
