Emmerdale viewers were left feeling "sick" as newlyweds Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) swooned over each other.

In recent scenes, Mack referred to his new wife as "Mrs Boyd" as she cosied up to Charity.

However, fans know that he cheated on Charity last year with Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland).

The pair had a one-night stand which resulted in Chloe falling pregnant with their child.

She gave birth to little Reuben last week and fans are not happy that Charity is still in the dark about what happened between them.

Taking fan penned: "Mrs Boyd" alongside a sick emoji.

Another moaned: "Charity and Mack are so cringe"

A third person said: "Oh in the name of sanity! Wasn't expecting to be needing the sick bucket tonight!"

While a fourth persona agreed: "I’m gonna be sick"

Chloe and Mack were left rocked during Thursday's (May 4) episode as baby Reuben was given a shock diagnosis after falling ill.

The new mum's life was turned upside down when she was told it's likely her son has bacterial meningitis.

Chloe blamed herself, but the doctor reassured her that she did the right thing in calling the GP and bringing him in.

Elsewhere, when the news about the meningitis diagnosis filtered through the village, Mackenzie was left reeling.

He secretly visited the hospital to see his son on the ventilator and prayed for him to be okay.

Back in the village, he then held back tears from Charity as she talked about baby Reuben's diagnosis.

The emotional episode ended with Chloe in tears as she watches her baby on the ventilator in an incubator.

It has been confirmed that Charity will learn the truth about Mack and Chloe's affair next week.

Fans will have to wait and see if Reuben will be ok.
