Nicky Milligan (played by Lewis Cope) recently proposed to Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) on Emmerdale. She has fallen head over heels for the nanny and appears blissfully unaware foul play has been going on underneath the surface. However, Emmerdale spoilers have hinted Gabby is about to question Nicky’s intentions next week and might call off the engagement.

It was confirmed that Caleb Milligan (Will Ash) is Nicky’s father on the ITV soap last week.

The pair are working together to bring down Kim Tate (Claire King) and own Home Farm for themselves as they believe it is their birthright.

Caleb is Frank Tate’s (Norman Bowler) secret son and he wants to take everything Kim owns as part of his revenge plan.

Nicky has befriended Gabby in a bid to get close to everyone at Home Farm as he’s been working as her son’s nanny.

The pair have been secretly seeing one another for months but their relationship got serious when Nicky asked for Gabby’s hand in marriage recently.

She’s been smitten with the idea of marrying Nicky for weeks, but this looks set to change in upcoming scenes.

ITV soap spoilers have revealed Gabby might be onto Nicky’s dark plan when he seems keen to rush through the wedding.

Gabby’s left baffled by his advances and does not understand why he wants to exchange vows so quickly.

She starts questioning his reasons, but will he be able to convince her he’s madly in love with her?

Nicky told Caleb earlier this week he has no feelings for Gabby whatsoever, but his dad insisted he acted like he was into her.

Will Gabby soon clock onto Nicky’s scheme and work out that he’s actually related to Caleb?

Could Nicky have ruined the plan to marry Gabby by being too forward about organising it?

Caleb actor Will previously teased there will be lots of “fireworks” when the truth finally comes out in the village.

“It could be a bit of a burden for them both as there’s a foot in both families,” the actor told The Mirror.

“It’s really clever that they’ve used that device to see how much disruption these characters can cause.

“There’s always been that clash between the Tates and the Dingles but it will really ramp it up now.”

He said what Caleb and Nicky are attempting to do is “really big” and “there are a lot of fireworks ready to go off”.

Will Gabby be the person to expose Caleb and Nicky’s plan or will it be another resident?

Kim will be furious when she realises she’s been deceived, so how will she react?
