Emmerdale’s Lisa Riley shares very rare snap with boyfriend on New York holiday | The Sun

EMMERDALE star Lisa Riley has shared a very rare snap alongside her boyfriend after jetting off to New York.

The actress – who is best known for playing Mandy Dingle on the ITV series – smiled wide as she snuggled up for a selfie.

Lisa, 46, looked glamorous as she posed for the photo on holiday, as she pulled her hair back and glammed up with make-up.

The TV star smiled for the camera and she leant in to her boyfriend Al, who has she been with since 2014 and lives with in Yorkshire.

Covering up with a tan-coloured coat, Lisa opted for large oversize sunglasses for her chic look, alongside a pink nude lipstick.

Meanwhile, Al kept it casual in a blue sports top, carrying a backpack, as he styled his silver fox locks neatly and opted for sunglasses.

Phillip Schofield's future on This Morning confirmed after weeks off air

It comes after Lisa committed her future to the ITV soap in a major new deal – extending her stay for three years.

A source said: "Keeping Lisa on the show is a major coup for Emmerdale and bosses are thrilled to get the deal done.

"She's a huge personality both on and off the set, and Mandy is a big part of the soap's plans."

Lisa is a hugely respected soap veteran, first joining Emmerdale as Mandy back in 1995.

She appeared for her on-screen cousin Tina Dingle's wedding to Luke McAllister and proved so popular producers invited Riley to return full-time the following year.

She was a key part of the soap until 2000 and returned occasionally over the years before committing to the soap again in 2019.

Ahead of her big comeback, Lisa said: “I could not be happier to be returning. I am so interested to see what trouble Mandy is capable of causing.”
