Explosive revenge from Nate could destroy Tracy's surprise wedding
When Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) returned to Emmerdale briefly last year with baby Frankie it wasn’t long before she and her old flame (and Frankie’s father) Nate (Jurell Carter) were ripping each other’s clothes off.
Tracy had left the village after Nate was unfaithful to her, leaving to start a new life in Nottingham with her daughter.
But as soon as she set eyes on Nate again it was clear she still had feelings for him and passion soon ensued.
Tracy admitted to her sister Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick) that she still had a place in her heart for Nate, but at the time he was with Naomi (Karene Peter) and seemed happy, while Tracy was herself engaged to a man called Ollie.
It seemed that she and Nate were not destined to be together and she once again left the village.

‘There were moments then that gave that hint that there’s still some love there,’ Amy Walsh – who has resumed filming after maternity leave – told us. ‘They had a bit of a fling then and stepped away from each other.’
In upcoming episodes Nate gets news that Tracy and Frankie are once again back in the Dales.
He’s agitated and when he rushes off to the town hall Moira (Natalie J Robb) and Cain (Jeff Hordley) fear that he’s going to try to fight for custody of Frankie.
They know it would be a mistake for him to go into battle with Tracy in this way, so they head off to stop him.
When they get there they discover a wedding is about to take place – and the bride is Tracy, who is standing outside the registry office with a handsome man. Cain and Moira realise that Nate is planning to disrupt the wedding.
Fearing the consequences for Nate’s future relationship with Frankie, they decide they can’t let him take such reckless action.
‘I think that’s true to life – if you have a child with someone, there’s always going to be that pull towards each other and they still had that sexual chemistry,’ Amy revealed. ‘It’s not too crazy to think that it might happen again, from how they left it.’
Is Nate planning to swoop in and convince Tracy she should be with him after all?
Before we can find out, Cain intervenes by ‘kidnapping’ his son, knocking him out in the process and bundling him into a van. And when Nate comes round, he is not a happy man…
