Ferne McCann shares heartwarming moment she found out she is pregnant

Ferne McCann shared the heartwarming moment that she and fiancé Lorri Haines found out they were expecting a baby together on Wednesday's episode of First Time Mum.

The episode, which is pre-recorded, ended on a heartwarming note as Ferne, 32, discovered that she was expecting a baby amid her current pregnancy, which OK!exclusively revealed in a stunning shoot earlier this month.

Sharing video footage of when she found out about her current pregnancy, a beaming Ferne told the camera: "I cannot believe I'm saying this out loud but we are having a baby! I've done a pregnancy test… and I can't, it's positive! This is really exciting news."

It then showed Lorri's reaction as he sweetly gushed: "I love you darling. I'm so excited, I can't wait!"

Ferne then asked: "Were you shocked?" as he admitted: "I was but I was also very excited as well."

To which the former TOWIE star admitted: "I wasn't because we had the miscarriage, didn't we?"

Talking in a VT, she said: "Being pregnant now and experiencing a miscarriage two months ago… I knew that pregnancy wasn't right whereas now there's a huge difference.

"In my soul, I know that this is a healthy pregnancy. I can just feel it."

The couple agreed to keep it a secret, only telling close family and Ferne's three best friends.

They also joked about how Ferne's daughter Sunday, five, would react, pointing out that she only wants a little sister – so they'll have to "prepare" her if it's a boy.

Prior to the heartwarming moment, Ferne emotionally and bravely revealed that she and fiancé Lorri had suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage before their current pregnancy.

During the latest episode, Ferne and Lorri decided to get couples therapy together after the voice note drama put a "strain" on their relationship.

Speaking in a VT, Ferne said: "We found out that I was pregnant, we were so excited and it just felt like the right time to expand our family."

It then cut back to the therapy session as the emotional reality star struggled to get her words out, saying: "And then, very early on, I, erm, we had a miscarriage as well."

Ferne then explained in a VT: "When I was about five weeks, I started bleeding, and I desperately was scouring the internet because I didn't want to admit what I knew deep down was actually happening, and that was my body rejecting and letting go of this baby.

"I was really upset but I think, Lorri, he found it really hard to comprehend."

Speaking during the therapy session, Lorri said: "The miscarriage hurt a lot, so that was another kick!"

He added in a VT: "We were already dealing with so much and to have something that we wanted so bad to be taken away from us, it was heartbreaking!"

Lorri sweetly continued: "I've stuck by Ferne through all the hard times, no matter what happens, I'll never leave her. I love Ferne so much and I'm not going anywhere."

The episode ended with the couple finding out about their current pregnancy and next week's episode will see them go to their first baby scan.
