Good Morning Britain weather star Alex Beresford has revealed why his fairytale wedding started off with a "little bit of sadness".
Alex, 41, spoke to his co-stars Adil Ray and Charlotte Hawkins about the "magical" wedding day during a chat on Thursday's GMB (October 27), his first time on the show since the big day.
The ITV forecaster tied the knot with his partner Imogen last month in a clifftop temple in Majorca during a stunning sunset ceremony at the Son Marroig estate.

The smitten bride and groom were surrounded by 100 of their family and friends who flew over from the UK, the US and Imogen's native home Australia.
However, Alex surprised his colleagues when he admitted that his dream day began with a hint of sadness as it was the same day as Queen Elizabeth II was laid to rest in London.
Alex said: "It was a lovely day. Started off with a little bit of sadness, because we actually got married on the Queen's funeral."
The fact the wedding clashed with the poignant royal date seemed to shock Adil and Charlotte as they gasped: "Oh!"

Alex went on to explain he watched the Her Late Majesty's funeral on Spanish breakfast teleivison but had to 'get his head into the game' later on as the wedding took place in the afternoon.
Although he described it as a day of "two halves", his dream wedding day unfolded "exactly" how he wanted it to.
Alex said: "I'm easing himself into married life. It's been a month now and, yeah, it was just the most magical, fantastic day. You kind of envisage how your wedding is going to be and then it happens exactly how you want it to."

But he confessed he hadn't enjoyed his honeymoon yet as they're planning it for next year, but said they stayed in Majorca for a few days which felt like a mini honyemoon of its own.
It was August 2020 when Alex met Imogen, who works in e-commerce for a London restaurant and "couldn't wait" to say 'I do'.
