Good Morning Britain fans slam 'cringe' Richard Madeley for inspecting soldier's bullet wounds | The Sun

GOOD Morning Britain anchor Richard Madeley was blasted as "cringe" after fans called him out for a "physical examination" of a show guest.

It came during a segment with British soldier Shareef Amin, dubbed Rambo, who survived multiple shrapnel wounds in battle with Russian troops during the current conflict with Ukraine.

Shareef Amin was hit by bullets as he ran through enemy fire before being blown off his feet by artillery rounds.

The Sun previously reported how the ex-soldier, 40, suffered injuries to every limb in the attack which killed one of his unit.

As Rambo opened up on his injuries, Richard, 66, stunned Good Morning Britain fans as he hopped off his seat to inspect them.

He said: "Actually, I will just come across to you mate."

He crouched down by Rambo and pointed at the scarring on his left arm and continued: "So this is a bullet wound, that there, this is a through and through."

Richard then headed back to his chair as he mused on Rambo's experiences, stating: "They really wanted to kill you."

Fans were quick to react to his unexpected movement around the studio, with one writing on Twitter: "Omg Madeley is so cringe. He will no doubt have a story about when he did something similar 🤣."
